Many men and women voluntarily risk life and limb in the United States military in time of war. Those who pay the ultimate price are called “hero” by their surviving peers. This is the story of one of those heroes, Lance Corporal Jonathan Kyle Price.

Staff Sergeant Jamison Sweet notified his family when Lance Corporal Jonathan Kyle Price was killed in Iraq. Kyle’s parents, John and Cheryl, did not disdain the bearer of bad tidings, but in time welcomed Jamison—Jay—into their family. And there he learned how young Kyle prepared as both an Eagle Scout and a member of the Young Marines to fulfill his lifelong dream to serve in the United States Marine Corps. And in that crucible the desire was forged to honor, not only the Marines Staff Sergeant Sweet buried, but all who serve their country and the families that sustain them, suffer their wounds with them, and grieve when they fall.

Small Town Boy, Real American Hero is one family’s story, told by those who walked with him on the same, or a similar, path. It is also one former Marine’s mission to honor those who bear the same risk, make the same sacrifice and define the word hero with their own blood in the sand.

The 2nd Revolution is at hand

Here’s a video I just came across. There’s a lot in this that seems right. We HAVE BEEN SLEEPING. We can wake up NOW.

Hey who would sign a bill they don’t read? COME ON! What kind of jokers are these people?

WHO do they think they’re kidding? Here’s a few of the things it would be good to get behind:
—Remove all privileges for Congress and Senate. In other words all laws apply equally to them as they do to us.
—Repeal right to vote for their own raises
—Balance the budget
—Congress does not pay into social security, they should.
—Limit to 2 terms
—They should get their own 401k instead of warranting full salaries for the rest of their lives after serving only one year.
—Make them pay their own insurance premiums
—Whoever didn’t read the biggest spending bill should be put out of office.
—Abolish the Electoral college and put the elections back in the hands of the people. Eliminate the middle-men.

DON’T GET BLINDSIDED by The Faceless Face of Big Business

It’s abundantly clear that when enough people are saying, “they’re just doing their job” the neighborhood, this country and the world will eventually find itself in a bit of trouble. What does that mean, “I’m just doing my job?” Is that enough? Have we ripped off our faces and shut off our hearts for the company line, the big business “mind set.” Pardon the extra use of “quotes” but I think in this case it is called for. Let’s give the faceless face of big business a taste of their own medicine and use the economic control we have (as to what we buy) really make a stand. We have to do something. This thing is outta control. Look into what the companies you buy from really stand for. Please post any information you have as a comment here, as a resource for others. We’ll do the same. Businesses that are sustainable or working towards that, that care about their employees and where the goods come from should be supported. We have to start thinking about the planet and ourselves holistically — water is not infinite. The money hungry freaks of yesteryear that don’t care about anything but more $$$  — have to go!

Keep thinking positively and living in the frequency of happiness despite the crazydom surrounding. WE do have the power to make a difference. You make a difference every day to the people you connect with, your very presence changes the world.

Dissolve Your Programming

Growing up in the 60s and 70s, my generation is the first generation who grew up with total saturation by television. Advertising aimed at kids was just beginning. We have no idea how deep it goes, how our minds and hearts may have been unconsciously sanctioned off by absorbing these messages from big business served up in bit size portions for us to build our reality upon. Starting to dig through these perceptions that are embedded in us is kinda like a Babushka doll, where you see one doll then you look inside and there is another one and another one.

Don’t have your television on in the background for yourself or your kids. There are subtle messages in there that can entrap the consciousness to a lower level than you may want. We must create and demand content that is not mind numbing, stupifying, dull, dead zone driving us to deeper and deeper levels of distraction. There are no federal, state or local laws which prohibit the use of subliminal advertising in the media. So you can bet it IS going on. I recently came across a book called The Art of Stalking Parallel Perception. This is a book that strives  to enable the reader to break out of the false constraints put upon their inner freedom. It is not easy to find, but once you do find a copy (try Amazon) and start reading it, the very words of the author (Lujan Matus) start detangling you from the brainwashing. The very way he puts language together word by word starts breaking down the mind field we have accepted as reality. Look for your own sources of wisdom that break down the perceptions that hold you in place. It is not a time to tread water.

If you create art, media, music — get it out! Get it into the stream. Whether you put something up on YouTube, start a blog, play some music, or write to your local paper. We must bring our personal messages of alternative ways of looking at life, those of beauty, of compassion, of happiness out to the wider public.  The artists, musicians, film makers today are the bridge builders from the old stagnant world to a bigger reality. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

It is obvious that the whole world, humanity’s consciousness, is going through something. An awakening of sorts to who we are and what we are really here for. It is a great time. It is a time when the programming that has held us in place is dissolving. The training wheels are coming off people! Stay in love my friends, not fear. We are all connected and there may be times where a wave of fear comes and tries to knock you off your feet. It may not seem like yours — it isn’t. We are feeling the accumulative feelings of humanity. Try to take it and send it out as love to the world, intend clarity for all. This is what we came here for, to do this. To go through this process and recognize each other. We are here now.

Expansion Feels Like Speeding Up

As we expand into who we are it really does feel like time is doing something strange. Speeding up?

Finding ever new ways to relax into the flow of it all is what is the challenge at hand. Stay positive — stay with love. We are all finding our way.

Create Your Reality

It’s been said many times that how we use our energy creates our reality. How we perceive what is happening actually shapes it. It’s not always easy to stay in the drivers seat when it seems like you’re invisible, but keep going. It is a true path to IMAGINE and project out the positive happy conclusion to any situation, even in the middle of it.

I had a thought the other day, “Nobody pats God on the back for a job well done.” As we come closer and closer to experiencing the Universal inside of ourselves, indeed our very being, might be a good thing to remember. Just when you thought you were invisible, you were the connecting link that made it all happen. Indeed we all are.
