Turn The Volume Up on Peace & Harmony

10 is the number of completion, a fulfillment if you will. It is a day we can create unity more easily. Feel the wholeness. Feel unity within yourself (delve into the ultimate oneness of it all), unity with others (remember the commonality, the common denominator), and CREATE. Play music, paint, draw, do whatever it is that your creative self loves. Feel the peace, feel the beauty, feel the harmony we are all a part of. As we feel peace, we create it and assist the Earth in creating it.

There are focal points going on at different times of the day. Aim to hold the frequency the whole day — or specifically at 6 am, 9 am, 10:10 am, 12 noon, 3 pm, 6 pm or 9 pm, 10:10 pm for 15-30 minutes (of course there are different time zones, but it all works out in the mix). There are people from all over the world focusing on this October 10. Probably anytime you focus on the 10th will be perfect.
