There are limitless stories of the people and places that are a central part of Music Row’s history and our nation’s musical heritage. To honor this legacy the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Music Industry Coalition are undertaking definitive, in-depth research to document Music Row’s history.
The Music Row history document will have many uses including informing the new Music Row Design Plan to be developed by the Metro Planning Commission, Music Row Neighborhood Association and other partners. The research will also be a resource for new ways to share Music Row’s story with visitors and residents.
